You no longer want Flower Tales products? They are not as you were expecting? You can return them and we'll refund you!


Here's what to do:

Include in your letter the following details:

a) Name and Surname

b) Address, email and telephone number

c) Receipt number (the receipt is included in the package) and shipping reference number

d) State that you wish to return the goods

e) Descrption of item(s) you want to return and price


You can also send these details by telegram or email (, but you are still required to follow up with a letter (signed-for delivery) within 48 hours. Once we receive your message, Flower Tales will issue the customer with a RAN number (Return Authorisation Number). The customer will use the RAN number as shipping reference.

Goods returned must be undamaged, unused, unopened, in re-saleable conditions and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened.

Shipping charges are responsibility of the client. The responibility for the conditions of the goods remains with the client until Flower Tales confirms their receipt in good conditions. Flower Tales Cosmetics is not responsible for any damage occurred in transit. We recommend that the customer insures the shipment in case of damages or losses. The package must be delivered to Flower Tales within 10 days from when the RAN number was communicated to the customer. Later deliveries will be rejected.

Upon receipt, Flower Tales will assess the integrity of the goods. Should the goods not meet the conditions detailed above, they will be returned to the sender and any shipping charges debited to the client. In this case no refund will be issued.

Flower Tales will inform the customer within 2 working days of any damage occured during transit. 

Should the conditions for a refund be met, Flower Tales will process the refund within 30 days from receiving the goods.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the goods. If you paid by bank transfer, please add your account details and IBAN number in your letter to us.
