Flower Tales Echinacea oil-based extract is obtained from the root of Echinacea Angustifolia Rudbechia, a plant originating from North America. It is one of the most well regarded plants in herbal medicine and is actually classified as a drug in the official Italian Pharmacopoeia thanks to its effective properties. It’s widely used in treatments for the healing of scars and ulcers, as it stimulates cellular regeneration, has anti-bacterial properties has a soothing effect. Compounds found in the root extract inhibit the enzymes that break down collagen, which explains Echinacea’s anti-ageing properties. It works particularly well with Propolis extract for the treatment of cold sores, or with Damask Rose floral water and Myrtle essential oil for skin and scalp care.
Solubility: fat-soluble
Dosage: 1-10%. Add to cold emulsions (C phase). In formulations without water, it can be added to the fats while still warm.
INDICATIONS: stressed skin; very dry skin; wrinkles and fine lines; stretch marks; burns; irritations; scars; ulcers; small cuts; chapped, itchy lips; brittle, dry hair; hair loss.
APPLICATIONS: Anti-stretch mark body lotions; soothing lotions; after-shaves; after sun lotions; scar treatment ointments; lip balms; illuminating conditioners; hair loss treatments.
Packaging: 30ml: White PET vial with glass pipette. Reusable and recyclable.
