Dicaprylyl Ether – 100ml

Flower Tales Dicaprylyl Ether is 100% vegetable-based, obtained from caprylic alcohol contained in Coconut Oil. It is a very light, non greasy oil. It is normally mixed with other oils and ingredients to give a dry, non oily feel to the finished product. It is very stable at different pH ranges and does not oxidise. Thanks to these properties, it behaves better than other oils when strong acids or bases are used in emulsions. Dicaprylyl Ether improves the fluidity of emulsions and leaves your skin and hair feeling silky.
APPLICATIONS: Hair care products, shaving creams, deodorants, makeup removers, spray oils.
FLOWER TALES QUALITY: Our supplier has direct control over the coconut plantation in the Dominican Republic, where they have a local processing plant. The crude oil is extracted from the coconuts and then quickly sent to a state-of-the-art plant in Italy to be purified using a 100% natural steam-based process. Part of this oil becomes Flower Tales Coconut Oil, the rest becomes Flower Tales Dicaprylyl Ether and is sent directly to our head office in Milan.
Packaging: Blue PET bottle, semi-transparent to protect contents from light. Reusable and Recyclable. Reducer plug included.
Extracted solely through a mechanical processed, without solvents. 100% Natural. 100% vegetable-derived. Produced in Italy
